New dessert spot in Rowland Heights! They have a large array of shaved snow flavors and I must say the green tea shaved snow I tried was delicious! It costs extra for toppings, but just eating the snow plain with condensed milk was good with me. They also have coffee, teas, milk teas, and things like egg waffles and red bean buns...the whole shebang.
